A course to address assessment and treatment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;mt-adapt-3&#8243;]The School of Medicine of the UMinho gathered over 80 gynecology professionals for the 4th edition of the course <strong>Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do Casal Inf\u00e9rtil<\/strong><strong> | Evaluation and Treatment of the Infertile Couple<\/strong>, on the 11th and 12th of June.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 2%;\">The sessions were structured to enlighten the participants on essential up-to-date aspects of the study and evaluation of the infertile couple, aiming to skill these professionals on becoming proficient in advising, monitoring, and treating these patients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 2%;\">The course counted on a faculty of 11 fertility specialists and was coordinated by Prof. Rui Miguelote, from the School of Medicine of the UMinho, together with Prof. Jo\u00e3o Silva-Carvalho, from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 2%;\">The great majority of the attendees rated it an &#8220;excellent&#8221; course and considered it an important factor for the improvement of their knowledge and ability to better deal and communicate with their patients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 2%;\">The scientific endorsement was granted by the Portuguese Society of Reproductive Medicine (SPMR) and the Portuguese Medical Association (Ordem dos M\u00e9dicos).<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>80 gynecology professionals gathered for the 4th edition of the course &#8220;Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do Casal Inf\u00e9rtil&#8221;
