Mariana Abreu.

Mariana Abreu holds a degree in Public Administration and a master's degree in Management and Business from the University of Minho, having completed her Master's in 2024. Throughout her academic journey, she participated in various extracurricular activities, notably serving as the president of the Fiscal Council of a student association, where she developed leadership and financial management skills.

Her Master's dissertation, focused on the area of human resources, analyzed topics such as employee motivation and satisfaction regarding the reward system. This study reflected her interest in people management and the impact of these factors on organizational performance.

In December 2024, Mariana began her professional career at B.ACIS – Center for Health Innovation in School of Medicine of the University of Minho, where she is responsible for managing the finance and human resources departments. Her academic background has been crucial in performing these functions, allowing her to implement strategies and apply the knowledge acquired during her degree and master's studies to contribute to the development and growth of the institution.
